StenzCo is an insurance brokerage that represents over 20 different insurance companies. We represent multiple companies in order to provide our customers with the best in coverage options while providing competitive estimates from the companies we represent. As brokers, we work for our clients and are not employees of any insurance company. There are three popular methods a consumer has to buy insurance:
Direct writers are companies that sell direct to the public without any agents or field offices, such as GEICO or 21st Century. A captive agent is when companies use agents to represent them in neighborhood offices, such as State Farm, Allstate and Farmers. These agents are usually not allowed to represent any other company. A broker (StenzCo) is an independently run company representing multiple insurance companies. A broker can provide quotations from several different insurance companies for the same person or risk.
